Use case

Forms filled from your files. Submission stays yours.

Pie reads the source document, maps its facts to the fields on the page, fills what is certain, and highlights what it could not find.

Assistant

I’ll read the brief and the form, fill what is certain, and leave submission to you.

Done

Six fields are filled from project-brief.pdf:

  • Project name — Aurora Data Platform
  • Requested budget — $48,000

“Referrer” and “Additional notes” are left blank — submit whenever you’ve checked them.

How it works

01

Attach the source

A project brief, a PDF, notes — whatever holds the facts the form is asking for.

02

Pie maps and fills

It reads the form and the file, then fills field by field, skipping anything it cannot back with a fact.

03

You check and submit

Unfilled fields stay highlighted. Nothing is submitted until you decide it is ready.

Why fill forms with Pie.

Grounded in your file

Every filled field traces back to the source document — no invented answers.

Handles long forms

Applications with dozens of fields stop being an afternoon of copy-paste.

You stay in control

Pie never presses submit. Review the result, fix edge cases, and send when ready.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Will Pie submit the form by itself?

No. Pie fills fields and leaves submission to you — the final check is always yours.

What if the document doesn't cover a field?

Pie leaves it blank and highlights it, so missing information is visible instead of guessed.

What file types work?

PDFs and text-based documents open in Chrome work well — briefs, notes, exported docs.

Is my document sent anywhere?

With your own key, the document content goes directly to your model provider — nothing routes through Pie. With Membership, requests go through Pie's service. No product analytics in either mode.
